The study of ghouls, to grindylows, the second floor is the place you ought to go.

From trophies to DADA and Charms, this floor contains it all, including the Hogwarts Library.

The floor of studying, runes, and Binns, this is where you can find all three of those types of rooms here.

Home of the prefect's bathroom, and the Room of Doom, this is the fifth floor of Hogwarts.

From Slughorn's office, to the East Wing and bathrooms galore, come on up to the 6th floor.

The very secret Room of Requirement can be found on this floor, just as the not as secret Divination classroom as well as some other rooms.

All of the towers, from the Gryffindor Common Room, Ravenclaw Common Room down to the Owlery.

Everywhere outside of the castle, but still within the walls of Hogwarts is here, from the Black Lake to the Forbidden Forest.

This is the little village near Hogswarts. During the weekends, students are allowed to visit the village, proving they are third year and above. At this time, the village is extremely small, and has very few shops, not quite the tourist attraction it will eventually become.
